Delivery options for outside England, Scotland and Wales
We are happy to announce that Postage is all free on this site when delivering to mainland UK.
Large letter parcels will be sent out first class while small parcels have been priced as 2nd class as cheaply as possible for you to receive value for money, if at any time you would like these goods more quickly we do have a facility to do this at an extra cost so please dont hesitate to contact us on 0114 2855102 or [email protected].
If you have purchased what we call a weight package for example free standing blocks or free standing shapes in quantity and picked more than one item in your basket this will be sent by overnight courier from dispatch

Northern Ireland
This is classed as UK mainland for shipping purposes, but you may find depending on the volume purchased it could arrive in 2 separate parcels or by carrier in one, Once again please dont hesitate to contact us
Republic of Ireland
If you use Parcel Motel, we are quite happy to ship using Parcel Motel but please bear in mind that it may arrive in 2 boxes so that would incur an extra charge for yourself. You are better to contact us as we do ship direct and it some times works out cheaper to do so instead of using parcel motel, so please dont hesitate to contact us to work out the cheapest way for you.
International postage
We do ship on a regular basis over seas so please contact us direct for shipping costs as these prices do not include postage overseas.
Returns policy
You can return and item at your own expense within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure returned goods are packaged well and in the same condition as we sent them to you in. Once they have been received and checked, we will refund you.
Faulty/Damaged goods
This is very rare but should this happen to you please contact us as soon as possible. We will ask for a Photograph of the damaged item so we can submit a claim and replace your faulty items, this must be done within 24 hours of receipt.
I have not received my order
The guidelines we give for delivery are a guideline, we cant guarantee delivery within an estimated time unless it is sent for by signed for courier ( which is available).
If you have not received your order 7 days after dispatch please let us know, after checking your local sorting office.
Items returned to us from non collection at the sorting office will be re charged for postage.
Also please check your details before ordering as we cant be held responsible for incorrect delivery details, if you realise you have given the incorrect details please contact us as soon as possible please.
