Is ordering online secure?All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. We only hold your name, email address and any addresses you enter on your profile page. These addresses are your home address and any delivery address you need us to deliver to, alternate to your home address. All payments on our site are handled by PayPal. Therefore, we do not have access and do not collect any payment details, i.e. credit card numbers. We do collect your paypal email address if you order without supplying an alternate. If I register with you how will I know my details are secure and that you won't pass them onto other companies?We treat your personal information with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. We never sell or give any personal information we have about you to any other company. You can rest assured that your personal information is safe.

What's my username?When you created your account you’ll have chosen your own username, if you cannot remember your username, click the link ‘Forgot your username’, enter your email address and a reminder will be sent to you.

Do I have to create an account?If you’d prefer not to create an account you can checkout as a ‘new customer’ and we will take your email address and your delivery/home address from the payment details supplied by PayPal after your payment is received – if you decide you’d like to create an account in order to be able to track your order then you can do so very quickly and easily at the end of checkout.

What happens if I've forgotten my password?You can request your password to be reset by entering your email address on the ‘Forgotten Password’ page and we’ll send you a link in order to reset it.

Can I send my parcel to an address other than my home address?Yes – just put your chosen address details in the ‘Delivery Address’ section as you checkout. This can also be entered from your ‘Profile Page’ to be used for further orders.

How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?To view the contents of your cart, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of our website or by clicking “Basket” from the main menu. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of products you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed using the left/right arrows to increase/decrease the required amount. Your cart will automatically updated. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove (X)” check box to the right of that item.

How do I add items to my cart?To add a product or other item to your cart, click on any product title or product image to navigate to the product page of the item you are interested in and then choose your desired quantity of that item. If your product is a personalised product, complete the text input area with your desired message, choice or name(s). When you click the “Add to Cart” link, you will be brought back to your current page where you see a green backed meesage box confirming that your choice has been added to the “Shopping Cart” and an optional right hand side link to “View Basket”. You can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.

How do I remove items from my cart?First, click on the “Cart” link in the upper-right corner of our website, or the ‘Basket’ link in the main menu. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove (X)” check box to the right of the item total price and then cart/basket will refresh with the product deleted showing you what is remaining in your Basket.

How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?First, click on the “Cart” link in the upper-right corner of our website, or click on the ‘Basket’ link in the main menu. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box that appears under the “Quantity” header for this item and use the left/right arrows to increase/decrease in the quantity desired, then Cart will automatically update your quantity requirements. Once you do this, the quantity and associated price amount (if applicable) will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost.

How can I sign into my account and/or edit the information in my account?If you have previously purchased a Woodform Crafts product(s), then you may have opted to create a personal account in our system. If so, you can access this account by clicking on the “My Account” link in the main menu. This takes you to a page where you will be prompted to enter the username and password that you registered with us when you created the account. If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by click on the “Request new password” tab. After your data has been verified, your account data will appear and you can either edit existing information or proceed with the checkout process.

How do I place my order?Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the main menu of the website and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be asked to either create a new account (recommended) or place an order without an account. Once you are happy to proceed with your order you will be redirected to <a href=”https://www.paypal.co.uk/” target=”_blank”>PayPal</a> to make your payment. You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail. You will receive confirmation an email from PayPal showing you made a payment. If you expect to purchase additional materials from Woodform Crafts in the future, you may want to consider setting up an account. If you choose to do so, our site will maintain on file your name,email address and shipping information so you do not have to fill out this information each time you visit our website. You will also have the ability to view your complete history of purchasing made at Woodform Crafts. How will I know that you have received my order?After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference. You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

I've got a coupon - how do I redeem it?If you have a ‘money-off a particular product’ or a general discount coupon, enter the barcode or special code from your coupon into the ‘Vouchers and coupon codes’ box in your basket, and click ‘Add this voucher’. The value of the coupon will automatically be deducted from the relevant product/your order.

What are your payment options?All our online payments are handled by PayPal. PayPal accepts all of major credit cards (i.e Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover etc). Please note, you do NOT require a PayPal account in order to pay via PayPal.

How do I track my order?If you’ve created an account you can track your woodformcrafts.co.uk order and view older orders online by logging in using this “My Account” link in the main menu. If you haven’t created an account you won’t be able to track your orders through the website, please contact us for more information about your order.

What is your returns policy?We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, you’ll need to call our Customer Service department at 0114 2855102 to obtain an approval number. Once you have obtained your approval number, please follow these three easy instructions to return your purchase:
Make sure the item is in resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned products that are marked or otherwise damaged. Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned book so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
