Although we try so hard to ensure a perfect fit all acrylic is inconsistent and sometimes with the material variation, this is difficult to do, so you may need a dab of glue maybe required as within the process of sublimation the acrylic may shrink a little, sometimes the stand will be better turned over and if the stand is a little tight a glass file will help them fit a little better
Also once sublimated may shrink a little so may need a slight file around the edges
